Day 1 of Tie Dying

This morning we got an early start on making our shirts. Tie dying is something that both of us really enjoy as everyone should know by now! But today we knew we had our work cut out for us. So we had to upgrade from our plastic cups to ketchup bottles! I know that sounds lame but you try to spoon out all that dye on that many shirts. The two of us were set up in Keela's front yard with our ketchup bottles, dye, tarp, rubber bands, shirts, and music. Every person that drove by almost wrecked because they couldn't stop staring, but who wouldn't in this town. Two girls singing at the top of their lungs with more dye on them than half the shirts is a site to see! One of the best parts was when the furniture moving guys came to the house. They were so amuzed at how the yard had turned into waves of colorful shirts! And they were secretly wishing it was the wrong house. They were laughing when they got out of the truck but again who wouldn't be! After all the laughing and singing and dying we ended up with 80 shirts. All and all a great day. And to top it off we got to see the sunset as we took the shirts off the clothes line. God is good!!
Not the normal set of clothes on the line
These are all for sale
Last step in the process

We are selling these for $12 for adults and $10 for kid sizes. We have all sizes and several designs!
